Two girls, Kira and Phoebe, travel into another world where things aren't quite as they seem. When these three stories are finished, nothing will remain the same as it was before entering the strange land called, Lunatus. (Currently on the 3rd story... Legend. I just hope it doesn't take as long to write as the second one. *sigh* It's a shorter story, so I might be able to finish this one in a year. If I can't keep my mind focused, that is.)

• 8/31/06 • And their response was a typical copy and paste "we regret to inform you..." I'm currently seeking another route to all of this madness. If all else fails, I will shell out the money and have this series self-published. Though I don't like the idea, it will be my final option.

• 4/27/07 • After a little over a month's wait, I received my rejection letter. Time to head back to the drawing board and search for another agent and/or publishing house.
• 7/8/07 • My hope lays with Lulu.com. What does this mean? Well, I won't have an editor. That means whatever mistakes I fail to catch will be in the final product. However, I will have complete creative control, from the covers to the interior designs, as well as a possible art book in the future. I could be one of the 2% who will get picked up by a major publishing house this way. (That is if sales are excellent, and I attract their attention.) But I'm not holding my breath. For the time being, the book will NOT have an ISBN number. I don't have the money to obtain one. ;_; But I will get one later...perhaps.

Julie's first attempt at comics. This is a story about a local band and their struggle for fame and... whatever interests them. (I haven't had a chance to update this site for a while, and I'm extermely sorry for that. I still love this series, and still want to work on it. Errrrr! I wish there were more hours in a day!)

"Hereafter" is a collection of short stories set a little over a thousand years in the future. It is a time when werewolves and vampires live out in the open, free from their secretive existence.
